Welcome you to onceivegone.com. The website that provides a light-hearted, highly secure way for you to set out your final wishes and ensure that you do as much as possible to make life that little bit easier for those left behind.
We have tried to make signing up as easy as possible. Simply enter your details, including Name, Date of Birth, email address and password. Then click Join Now and you’re in.
If you are getting started or simply updating existing details, the dashboard provides an overview of your entire account. Here you can view the list of your chosen Activators. You can also check out the people who have chosen you to activate their sites
Whether you simply want to change your password, email address or user name, this is the page to do it. You can also use some of the fun aspects of the site, including who you would like to be reincarnated as, whether you want to go to heaven or hell, five things you wish you had done during your life. You can even decide who you want to haunt and why.
Choose the people you would like to activate your site in the event of your death. You need to choose a minimum of five, but ten would be better. For your site to be activated, five of your Activators must confirm that you have died. By giving your Activators Next of Kin status it allows them to view your funeral details.
We don't always tell the people we care about exactly how we feel about them. By adding a final farewell you are leaving a personal message to friends and loved ones that can be kept forever. Add a picture or video message to make it that little bit more special. The messages will be sent out 7 days after your site has been activated.
Creating your own memorial page. In your biography you can let people know where you grew up, events that shaped your life and your major accomplishments its up to you how personal you make it. Choose eight of your favourite pictures to add to your photo wall, and if you have any videos of yourself, you can add those too. If you choose to make your memorial page public, it will be viewable to the world once your site has been activated.
Personalise your Memorial Page by adding a background theme that suits your personality. There are many themes to choose from. Just click onto the View Memorial Page button to check out how it looks.
Design your funeral service exactly the way you want it. Choose your favourite songs, hymns and readings. Let people know the dress code, which could be as standard as black tie, but could also be as crazy as 70's clothing or even clown suits...it's really up to you. Decide the location of your funeral, whether it's your local church, or even a memorial service on your favourite beach. Let your family know whether you want to be buried of cremated. Do you want your ashes scattered in your local park, sent into space...or even turned into a diamond?
Whether it's a pair of your favourite shoes, your golf clubs or a cherished item, you now can inform friends or loved ones of an item you wish to leave them. This information will be only be emailed to them after your account has been activated. These can be updated at any time, just in case you change your mind!
You can now see how your memorial page will look now that all your design and personalisation have come together. If you decide that you want to remove a photo or change the theme, you can simply return to the relevant tab and replace it. Once your site has been activated your friends and family will be able to view the page, add their own messages, pictures and videos to create a lasting legacy to remember you by.
